makeshift

here is a peek at the space i set up for myself in the living room.  there wasn't nearly as much painting time this week as i had hoped - a result of the ice storm and school cancellations - but there was some.

i'm hoping for a bit more time in my little corner this weekend, to finish up some things i started.  my fingers are (clean now) and crossed.

oh, that all just makes me want to pull out paints and pastels too. Maybe tomorrow. I'm hack painter, so I won't make it public, but it'll be fun anyway. :)

Can't wait to see what you did in more detail.

I love your bits of messes. They are very pretty. And loving the thought of you doing all of that painting. I finished the brochure I needed to finish today, so I will have some painting and sewing in my future for the next couple of days.

Thank you! You are just the bit of inspiration I needed to get myself motivated to go paint RIGHT NOW! Seriously, why I'm such procrastinater when it comes to art is beyond me considering how much I love it!

I love these pictures. I always like to see work spaces of artists. And the colors they use.
